Welcome to the Ladies Members page. We offer a friendly and inclusive welcome to all new lady members, whatever your age and ability, experienced golfer or beginner, midweek or weekend members.Our golfing diary is a busy one and it is hoped this page will give you an overview of events planned throughout the year. Please feel free to join us on a Tuesday which is our competition day, when there will always be something happening, be it a qualifying competition or a simple friendly roll-up. Just pop in to join us for brunch if you are unable to make Golf for any reason.

OctoberFest Stableford Comp - 11th October

Thank you to the 23 ladies who supported the OctoberFest Stableford competition in place of our Autumn Meeting. Jess Sewell played well to come out on top as the worthy overall winner. Many thanks to Sarah for organising a lovely event and also to Katie, Pam and Wendy for their support. £77 was raised for the Lady Captain's Charity; a local charity looking after those with Dementia.

Overall Winner: Jess Sewell (38 pts)

Best front 9: Kim Ryan

Best Back 9: Ann McMahon

Nearest the Pin Winners: 3rd - Ann Mc, 5th - Trish Lynch and 16th - Trish (again!). No one reached the green on the 11th and 13th

Winter Eclectic 2019/20

The winners of the Winter Eclectic competition were announced as follows:

Vicky W and Karen K narrowly missed out going through to the next round of the Daily Mail Foursomes, taking the cold, windy match to the 20th hole.

Blue Tits Competition

The draw for the first round of the Blue Tits competition has now been made, with matches to be played by 15th November.


 Mixed Winter Greensomes

Winners: Karen & Mike King

Runners-Up: Pam & Nick Mace

A number of the ladies took part in the Mixed Winter Greensomes, with the rounds and finals broken by the lockdown break.  Karen and Mike King came out victorious in a close final against Pam and Nick Mace. Congratulations to those couples and all who took part.

Weekend and Thursday Ladies Roll-ups

These run each week and its easy to sign-up. Sutton Green Strollers

4 of our ladies took part in the 2017 moonwalk and raised a HUGE amount of money for Cancer Research.  Keen to keep up the momentum, they are organising some fun social walks for anyone who wants to take part.  Full details on the notice board in the ladies locker room. 

The bookshelf in the ladies changing rooms is available for anyone interested in recycling their reading matter or looking for something new to read.

Surrey Ladies County Association (SLCGA)

Surrey Ladies Delegate - Pam Mace

2020 Surrey competitions are now open. The entry forms are available on the SLCGA webiste (, in the locker room binder and also in the email sent out by Pam. There is something for everyone; some are for individuals and some are team competitions. They are inexpensive and a great opportunity to meet new lady golfers and play other courses. Why not challenge yourself or find a partner and have a go?

The 2020 County Cards will be available in early March - watch this space.
